I have worked with Evan for four years and have been impressed by not only his knowledge, but most importantly his honesty and ethics. I have never met anyone like Evan in this business. He is truly more interested in my satisfaction than in the sale. One thing that I have become aware of with other dealers (painfully sometimes) is that no matter what product I might have it is never adequate when I am looking at upgrading anything else in the system. Evan works with what you have and complements your system rather than trying to gut it and sell you an entirely new system in order to pad the sale. He also understands that budgets also come into play when a decision must be made. He exemplifies the term "value engineering" in my opinion. And probably most important of all Evan is not a "yes" man. He will not sell you something he knows is not appropriate even it means not making a sale. Evan will coordinate everything for you. He has been very helpful working with wiring recommendations and my electrician even when he was not going to benefit from a sale of associated product. I sincerely appreciate my experiences with Evan and will continue to rely on him in the future.
